Welcome to my Website!

 

Unfortunately, we have forgotten how to eat healthy. My goal is to give you enough information that you can use to improve, maintain, and optimize your health, your physical Fitness and your performance.

I'll be posting some of the best Workouts, Tips and How and What to eat to accomplish a great Physique!

Let’s talk about the "Basic Three"

1. Nutrition (The hardest one for me)

2. Cardiovascular Exercise (I like this one only If I’m SPINNING! )

3. Weight Training (…now…we are talking about something good to do at 4:30 in the morning! )

 

1. Nutrition: The first key to any fitness goal is nutrition! I hope that you know that by now. How we eat directly affects how the human  body stores fat, releases energy, and counters the effects of aging; put simply, it determines how much energy we have during the day.

 

2. Cardiovascular exercise: The Second element to an effective fitness program is cardiovascular exercise; a type of exercises involving the major muscle groups, that can be sustained consistently for at least 30 minutes, at least four times per week. Cardiovascular Exercise not only helps reduce heart disease, blood pressure, cholesterol, effects of diabetes and other diseases, but also helps dramatically in reducing body fat and gaining muscle tissue. The muscle tissue is the tissue in the body where stored fat is converted into energy, therefore the better cardiovascular condition and the more muscle tissue you have, the more effectively your body will burn FAT!

 

3. Weight Training: The third component to overall fitness is weight training and is also my favorite one. If you are interested in increasing athletic performance, making gains in lean mass (muscle) or changing the shape of your body, proper weight training is crucial.  If you are interested in losing body fat only, then you first have to maintain a consistent nutrition and cardiovascular exercise program, before engaging in a weight training program.

 

The Total Fitness Triangle
